Let us introduce you to our brand new Esscroft Forest School.

We have been working extremely hard on seeing our long-time aspirations for a Forest School come to fruition and here we are. A fully inclusive, truly unique offering for Esscroft children aged 2-years and over - our "Foragers". 

Our Forest School Teachers and Practitioners are hugely passionate and well educated about Forest School approaches and initiatives and can't wait to deliver exciting, life experiences to our inquisitive children.

Many studies have recognised the importance of outdoor learning and forest school teaching for young children. These include building early life skills, tapping into the curiosity and wonder of the world and learning more about managing and taking risks safely.

We hope you are excited as we are to offer this new approach and can't wait for your children to come home and tell you all about it!

We are super excited about learning to play, the forest school way with your children but understand you maybe a little hesitant about the risks. Please don't worry however, all of our Forest School activities and play ideas have been risk assessed by our Forest School Team.
